Daughter Duties 11 My 78-yr old mom cooked for me dry instant noodles. She didn't put half of the seasoning and claimed it was really salty already. When I tasted it, it was indeed not kidney-friendly. When I read the package instructions, it was supposed to be a soup and not dry noodles. Hehe. No wonder it was very salty indeed!
